About Me

Hi, my name is Derrick Crutcher and I currently work as a IT Systems Administrator, installing and servicing network servers and devices for access control systems in the greater Atlanta area. I love working with anything to do with technology and in my spare time I enjoy building websites.

Biography

Working with technology has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I love being able to take an idea and make it come to life with a few strokes of the keyboard. My drive for technology has led me to the world of website development.

My dedication to my studies led me to Middle Tennessee University (MTSU) where I received a degree in Computer Technology.  At MTSU, I studied computer programming and hardware development. During my time there, I took part in a research pilot involving working with 3D printing to introduce high school and middle school students to technology and all the opportunity that it presented.

Currently, I work for a company in the Greater Atlanta area where I install and service access control systems for some of Atlanta’s finest corporations and businesses. My current position allows me the satisfaction of working with some of today’s latest and greatest technologies the industry has to offer.

When I’m not working on access control systems, I work as a freelance website developer, where I build everything from personal portfolios to high quality business website for varies types of companies.

I made this site to showcase my skills as a web developer and reference for future clients  looking to hire me to build amazing websites that will help develop their personal brand or business.
